We strive to make our pieces as lengthy and exhaustive as possible. We require guest stories to be 800 words minimum unless your topic is really good but doesn’t need a lengthy discussion. We ask that all submitted articles are original work that will be exclusive to our website. Plagiarized work is not acceptable, nor is previously published material with just some minor tweaks made to it.

We do NOT accept sponsored content, blog posts, op-eds, press releases, list articles, book reviews, or articles that aren’t about scientific studies. Requests to contribute this type of content will not receive a response. We don’t include citations, though we do encourage our writers to mention the journal in which a study was published and/or the study’s author, ideally linking to the abstract of that study.
