Course Description

Become a Hero to Runners!

Become a Level 1 Certified Running Gait Analyst!

We provide the knowledge, skills, and tools to simplify running and turn rehab and fitness professionals into heros for runners. Running injuries are complex and runners want results fast! Learn how to simplify running to get runners back to enjoying the sport they love. The five most common running gait impairments will be covered, and participants will have the chance to use the latest in 3D technology to analyze form and learn advanced methods for gait re-training.

This 2 day course begins by covering the ACE Running Movement Screen designed specifically for runners to pick up on the most common running related impairments. Next, we dive into each of the five running impairments and identify the reasons runners change their form and how to fix it.

Throughout the course participants will do live case studies using 2D & 3D motion analysis to identify running impairments and practicing techniques for gait re-training.
If you want to be a Hero to Runners, this is the course for you!

*Please note this registration includes the pre-requisite online portion for this course. You must complete the Essential Elements of Running Course prior to attending. I would like to say again, that this was one of the best courses I have taken. The instructors were fantastic, easy to talk to and presented information in a way that challenged us but made sure we understood the concepts. I will be sure to recommend this course to colleagues
