8 Hours of Online Content Designed Specifically for ATI's Business Development Team

Course Description

Business Development in Physical Therapy requires expertise and knowledge in a number of different fields, including: marketing, interpersonal skills, anatomy, and basic Physical Therapy procedures. While the typical Business Development Representative has specific expertise in marketing/selling, they rarely have a background in healthcare.

In this course, we aim to provide participants with a systematic approach to learning anatomy and Physical Therapy procedures, while integrating real world situations to enhance learning and carryover. We will broadly discuss pathology of multiple surgeries and regions of the body, as well as some of the nomenclature used in a medical setting.

Course participants will be presented online coursework for each of the main surgical procedures and regions of the body treated at ATI Physical Therapy, excluding specialty practices. They will be instructed through the foundational knowledge of specific injuries and anatomy. We have grouped these into 8 units, which provide introductory knowledge as well as key insights on what Physical Therapy can accomplish.

Quiz reviews will be used to enhance participant retention. Course participants will additionally be provided several resources to help for immediate real world application.
